Refund Policy - Zedden I.T.

This Refund Policy applies to all services purchased from Zedden I.T. Read alongside our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Privacy Policy. Contact us before requesting a refund — most issues can be resolved quickly.


1. Web Hosting — Annual Plans
Annual hosting plans are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the account has not been used to host a live production website. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable.
• Refund window: 14 days from purchase date
• Condition: account not used for a live production website
• After 14 days: no refund, service continues to end of paid period

2. Web Hosting — Monthly Plans
Monthly hosting plans are non-refundable for the current billing month. Cancel at any time and service continues to the end of the current monthly period. No partial-month refunds.

3. Domain Registration and Renewals
Domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable once processed with the registry, regardless of plan type or cancellation date.
Domain renewals are managed by Zedden I.T. on your behalf as described in our Terms of Service. If you do not wish to renew, notify us at least 14 days before expiry. Domains renewed after a late cancellation notice are non-refundable.

4. Website Design and Done-For-You Services
Done-For-You service packages are custom engagements. Refund eligibility depends on stage of work completed:
• Before work begins: full refund minus a 10% administration fee
• After discovery or audit stage is completed: 50% refund
• After design or development work has commenced: no refund
Specific refund terms may be outlined in your service agreement. In the event of a conflict, the service agreement governs.

5. AI Website Builder — Preview Sites
The AI Website Builder generates a free preview site at no cost. There is no charge for the preview and no refund applies.
If you purchase hosting to take a preview site live, the standard hosting refund policy in Sections 1 and 2 applies.

6. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your name, service purchased, purchase date, and reason. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

7. Suspensions and Terminations
Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for a refund.
If we terminate your account without cause, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.

8. Privacy
Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
